Yes, we provide full one-stop OEM and ODM service for our dual-side independent adjustable mattress. You can customize mattress firmness layers, machine washable zipper cover fabrics, logo printing, packaging size and compressed volume. Our factory supports customizing the 0.87m³ rolled package standard for international shipping, with flexible MOQ for brand wholesalers and cross-border sellers.

Yes, we support sample orders for our dual zone adjustable mattresses. You can get a single sample to check the support performance, machine washable fabric texture and 0.87m³ compression packing quality. After you confirm the sample, we will arrange mass production accordingly, and sample fees can be deducted from your bulk order payment under certain quantity conditions.
  We provide long-term structural warranty for our dual zone independently adjustable mattresses. The inner spring core and adjustable support layers enjoy multi-year quality guarantee. For the machine washable zipper cover, we guarantee no fabric deformation after regular washing. All our 0.87m³ vacuum rolled mattresses pass strict quality inspection before shipment, and we offer professional after-sales support for OEM bulk orders.  
      The standard mass production lead time for our dual zone adjustable mattresses with machine washable covers and 0.87m³ compressed packaging is 30-60 working days after receiving your deposit and confirming all OEM customization details. The exact timeline depends on your order quantity, custom fabric, logo printing and packaging requirements. We will arrange production priority for urgent orders upon communication.
