Quality Check Completed for Korean Client

Recently, we completed a special mattress inspection for our long-term Korean client. Since the client couldn't be on-site, we carried out the inspection on their behalf, checking every item strictly according to the agreed quality standards to ensure solid quality assurance for our overseas collaboration.

Inspection Items

On-site, we carried out a thorough check of the adjustable zoned mattress:

Inspect overall appearance, fabric craftsmanship, and edging details
Test independent firmness adjustment for left and right zones
Check operation of the air pump and remote control
Test noise level, support balance, and air tightness
Verify the completeness of all accessories

Inspection results

All the indicators this time meet the customer's requirements, and the overall quality is excellent. The entire process is filmed in real-time and shared with the customer, transparently showing the inspection process so they can feel at ease and confident remotely.
